These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Hammed Oluwole Shotola ("I", "me", "my"), the individual developer of The Islam App (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
These Terms work alongside the App's Privacy Policy, which explains what data the App handles and how nothing here overrides what's promised there.
The Islam App is a free iOS utility that helps you find the Qibla direction and your daily prayer times. Specifically, it:
Every calculation happens on your device. The App does not require an internet connection to compute your Qibla direction or prayer times.
The App is intended for general audiences and doesn't collect personal information, so there's no minimum age to use it. If you're using a family member's device or an institutional device, please make sure you're allowed to use apps like this one on it.
I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use subject to Apple's own Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to every App Store download and takes precedence over this section in the event of a direct conflict.
This license doesn't give you any ownership in the App, its design, or its underlying code.
